100% Greco from selected low yield per hectare vineyards

WINE-MAKING METHOD
10 days maceration in a 20 Celsius degree controlled environment. The best grapes have been selected after having been harvested at the peak of their ripening. Upon completion of the fermenting period, the natural fermentation in 3000 liter autoclaves gets under way for at least 28 days.

SENSORY FEATURES
Color: light straw yellow with golden highlights paired to the typical aroma of grapes
Palate: dry, refreshing and lightly fruity with sparkling foam and perlage
