PRODUCTION AREA
Morenic area called LOCHERA within Fara’s town
VARIETY
Nebbiolo, Vespolina; 10 years old low yield vineyards not exceeding
6,000 kilos per hectare. Thanks to strict harvesting standards, only the
best grapes qualify for wine making.
WINE-MAKING METHOD
7 days in a controlled enviroment, then it is transferred in barriques
where the malolactic fermentation completes. Ageing in barriques for 15
or 18 months, then refining in Slavonian oak barrels for at least one
year and nine months in bottle.

13% Alcohol
SENSORY FEATURES
Color: deep red ruby tending to garnet.
Palate: dry, warm and velvety.
Bouquet: large and elegant, with definite hints of withered rose.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Uncork at least two hours prior to serving.
Serving temperature: about 18 Celsius degrees..
