PRODUCTION AREA
Morenic area called Caramino, within Briona’s town.
VARIETY
Nebbiolo, Vespolina; low yield 15 years old vineyards not exceeding
6,500 kilos per hectare. Thanks to strict harvesting standards, only the
best grapes qualify for WINE-MAKING.
WINE-MAKING METHOD
7 days in a controlled enviroment, then it is transferred in barriques
where the malolactic fermentation completes. Ageing in barriques for 15
or 18 months, then refining in Slavonian oak barrels for at least one
year and nine months in bottle.

SENSORY FEATURES
Color: deep ruby red tending to garnet.
Palate: dry, warm and velvety with an outstanding texture.
Bouquet: noble and austere, large and elegant, with definite hints of
violets and truffles.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Uncork at least one hour prior to serving. Serving temperature: about
18 Celsius degrees.
