With its 50 hectares of vineyards and more than 300,000 bottles produced a year, Dessilani today represents one of the most important enterprises of its kind in North Piedmont.
The vineyard rows owned by Dessilani are located across the most well known Piedmontese wine making areas, on terrains where a particular technique is adopted, i.e. a very sparing use of chemical products, only the bare essential quantity, with obvious benefits to production and management. Limited production, aimed at very high quality grape harvests, highlights the fruits of the main properties: Caramino, Lochera, Mirasole. Production is preserved and aged in the three departments which make up the cellars: the first one with cement tanks and steel rotomacerators; the second one with barrels in Slavonic oak and finally the new barrique cellar.
